A new hope for those in need
C.B.D. is the abbreviation for Cannabidiol, CBD oil is an extract from the cannabis plant. It is just one of approximately 120 cannabinoids discovered in the plant to date, responsible for several effects on the human body, by stimulating the Endocannabinoid System – SEC.
CBD does not produce the psychoactive effects characteristic of T.H.C, Tetrahydrocannabinol. It has no risk of causing addiction, or creating psychological changes, and can be used safely.

Discovered at the end of the last century, researchers are beginning to discover how the endocannabinoid system contributes to the central functions of the body.
But what is the endocannabinoid system and how does it work?
The SEC is a collection of enzymes, receptors and their endogenous ligands (called endocannabinoids) that function as signals between cells and body processes. Endocannabinoids and their receptors are embedded in all cell membranes in the body, in the brain, organs, connective tissues, glands and immune cells. They are also located at the intersection of the various systems of the body, allowing communication between different cells and the coordination of the central functions of the body.
Researchers have identified two cannabinoid receptors – the CB1 and CB2 receptors. The CB1 receptor is widely found in the nervous system, connective tissues, gonads, glands and organs. The CB2 receptor is found mainly in the immune system. Some cells contain CB1 and CB2 receptors with each receptor linked to different functions. However, the objective is always the same: cellular homeostasis, creating the largest internal system of self-regulation, responsible for the balance of most of our systems and physiological functions, such as mood, appetite, sleep, digestion and metabolism.

CBD has demonstrated therapeutic benefits in the treatment of symptoms of several pathologies due to its action on the Endocannabinoid System.
CBD does not produce psychoactive effects characteristic of THC, (Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol). It has no risk of causing addiction, addiction, or creating psychological changes, and can be used safely.
There are hundreds of scientific publications that demonstrate the safety of Cannabinoids in different therapies.

We chose a specific plant that contains a high concentration of CBD, with and with low THC content and without psychoactive effect. During the entire growth cycle, we test the plants to ensure the profile of cannabinoids. After harvesting, drying and curing the plants follow a rigorous analysis process in order to guarantee the quality of each harvest, the oil is extracted in a pharmaceutical laboratory complying with all the standards required for medicines, namely good manufacturing practices or (GMP good manufacturing practice) in sophisticated facilities certified by the competent authorities.
After extraction and purification, the oil undergoes new tests and analyzes before starting the production process.
